Rachel Weinberger, the Peter W. Herman Chair for Transportation at Regional Plan Association (RPA), shares insights on RPA's approach to partnership-building. Dr. Weinberger has over 30 years of transportation planning experience in the public and private sectors and in academia. She discusses challenges and opportunities for collaboration in RPA's work, drawing on the recent examples of congestion pricing in New York City and the expansion of Connecticut's Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system.
