Lena Stier
Practitioner Networks Coordinator
Lena Stier (she/her) is a first-year Master of Environmental Management student at the Yale School of the Environment, focusing on policy analysis and urban climate solutions. She serves as the Practitioner Networks Coordinator at the Hixon Center. Prior to coming to Yale, Lena managed research and data analysis for Energy Action Network, an organization working to advance state-level climate and energy solutions in Vermont. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont, where she earned a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Political Science.
