Ian French
Director of Communications and External Relations
Ian French is the Director of Communications and External Relations at the Hixon Center. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Yale-NUS College in Singapore and a Master of Environmental Management (MEM) from the Yale School of the Environment. In his role, Ian advances the Center’s mission of bridging science to practice by leading development of the online Practitioner Toolbox, organizing high-impact convenings, and supporting the annual Fellowships program. He thrives on bringing together unlikely collaborators to foster conversations that advance more sustainable, inclusive cities.
